You see that blobby silhouette that is my brother? That's why I was outside in such ridiculous cold weather lol.

Oh well, the sky was really pretty....

dayonehundredfiftyeight: A tinge of irony...

...that I end up watching Amelie the day AFTER I post the pick of my French view bookmark. Figures. xD

Marie Callender's French Apple Pie. FRENCH. So its not that ironic anymore. xDDD

onehundredfiftyfive to onehundredfiftysix: I totally bit this 2 in 1 deal off of Angelica.

155.365:

That is my excuse. LAX. I go there so much, yet at the same time don't ever get on a plane. xD

156.365:

I'm told Indian jasmines (shown above) mean amiability or attachment. Gotta give these to everyone near and dear to me now lol. YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE.

dayonehundredfiftythree: To the darling readers that actually read and the figments of my mind that believe that they are seperate from my own being.

(October 30 2010)

Nothing like a food picture to get your attention. :)

I apologize for the [insert all the synonymous terms for 'ridiculously long'] hiatus and lack of posting. I have failed in my 365 photo project. I have failed utterly and completely. I don't regret it, funnily enough.

I always think of how something or other would make a great photo of the day. I never have Lili on hand at the time. I always think of how something I know to come in the future would make wonderful photos of the day, and I bring Lili. Then I don't upload. Like this from November 7th (2010).

Today I loaded up on a Venti-sized White Mocha Peppermint Latte courtesy of the lovely and wonderful Angelica Terre. Point being that a Grande size of Starbucks coffee is enough to keep me up an entire night, I am going to be here for a very long time typing up some ridiculous baby novel that is, quite honestly, only meant for my entertainment. Typing up sentiments that I think other people are giving a puppy's thumb (puppies of course do not have thumbs) about gives me a very high sense of contentment. Biology and psychologically speaking, I am writing to bring myself back into a state of homeostasis.

I hate biology. It makes me think of this poem I read in the tenth grade about how an astronomy student was criticizing this "learn'd astronomer" (that term was somewhere in the title of the poem, I don't remember exactly what it was called but I doodled all over it.). The student was saying in his poetic ways that some things needn't be learned by ways of numbers or words, instead it was better to experience it. So biology, literally "the study of life" is in all contradiction. Why study life when you can live it? By no means am I looking down upon those who love biology and all its glory, because that's their thing (like how I would study "random facts 101" if existed but I know some people would think it was a waste of time). I just think that if I truly wanted to know photosynthesis, I would go out and watch a sunflower take in sunlight and then close up in the night.

...No, no I wouldn't. That's like watching paint dry. @_@ *'SPLODE*

(Disneyland November 6 2010)

ANYWAYS. Biology aside, life is quite the thing to live. It's been nearly a full month before my last post and I think I've been living life pretty living-full? xD Up and downs and stuffs and such. I'm not making very much sense, I'm sorry. xD

However I've had some pretty good times since day one hundred twenty five. :) Tea Station with Jaimie and her cousins...a certain someone...DISNEYLAND...friends at a bonfire...friends in general...the roof doesn't leak anymore...Drama Gala being a pretty good success...AIDA auditions gone quite dandy...watching Pirates of the Caribbean (all three) for the first time...watching three more movies along with those three over an entire weekend...the plan to see snow over winter break...Gerard Butler...this list will go on forever.

Actually, no, no it won't. My brain capacity is like a genius goldfish. Goldfish a memory span of three seconds. *ding* Random fact of the day.

Moving on, today is Saturday, November 20 2010. Slow Saturday morning for the most part, with hardly any communication outside the walls I call home. Then communication with Angelica (she is most wonderful). STARBUCKOS. Peppermint white chocolate [insert wintery froo-froo things describe a coffee flavor] is REALLY REALLY....REALLY...yummy. :) <3

Then to SIAM NARA. Thai <3...I still can't get over how beautiful it is in there. I want to work there just so I can wear the pretty uniforms x). Then to Angelica's house to watch....

*drumrollllll*

Memoirs of a Geisha.

My first time watching it. Memoirs' is Angelica's favorite movie. AND WITH GOOD REASON. It's gorgeous. Everything is gorgeous. @-@ My main reason for wanting to go to Japan is to try on a legit kimono and all it's glory. The movie itself, as in plot and acting and such is also so so SO wonderful. I think I have to read the book now. xD It is now one of my favorite movies. Thanks a lot Angelica. <3. Hahaha, now I need to watch her next two favorite movies: Moulin Rouge and Breakfast at Tiffany's. What the hack. Spellcheck is tagging "Tiffany's" wrong and is giving me the correction "Tiffani's" HAHAHA.

So I went home after the movie and started to type this up. Oh pygmy novel how nonsensical and pointless you are. <3 Thank you very much if you actually had the patience to read this through. Y'all are just darlings. <3 Like the title, hahaha.

And hence I close with the picture of the day...

"Our friends think of us as an ODD COUPLE, but we think only think it's odd WHEN WERE APART." -The Starbucks cup pictured above.

Oh, strangely romantic White Mocha Peppermint, look at what you have spawned. It's like a defected novel baby.

<3 Naomi.

onehundredtwentyfive: And so a fortnight has passeth me by.

*shot for using the term 'passeth'*. It's not even a word. Screw you spell check. xP. IT MAKES ME SOUND ELIZABETHAN. So who else is losing their mind? *hand raise* And who else is failing ridiculously on her commitment to upload at least one photo per day for an entire year? *hand hits the stratosphere* OTL.

So I've been a bit overwhelmed the last couple of weeks. It has exactly been two weeks, hence that whole "fortnight" deal in the title of this entry that doesn't really make much of difference in the vast amount...*blablahblah* I keep running on. ._.

ANYWAYS. Yes. Overwhelment. Which is, apparently, not a word either. OH. WELL. *using it anyways* Hahaha, one day I am going to be put on the hit-list of some ninja English major with a major pet peeve in bad grammar and word formation. Funnnn~

Back on track. Overwhelment. There's been a lot of school lately. Actually less off than the usually five full days of the school week. Had a couple of half days, on the twelfth ( I can't spell that on the first try, like EVER.) and thirteenth, of the month and those were spectacular. Really. Super spectacular.

The Tuesday was "Let Naomi Maggie and Clarissa stuff themselves senseless in the name of Jaimie and 5.99 each" day. Below was the clock hanging above Clrclr's head. Awesomest clock ever. I love pizza. SCREW YOU SPELL CHECK, "awesomest" is a word if I want it to be!!! ITS THAT AWESOME. I love pizza.

I find it necessary to record this so as to not forget the pleasant memory of the twenty minutes spent on the street corner of Mira Mesa and Black Mountain that took place before the pizza time. We spent twenty minutes deciding what to eat. It was crazy. Had-to-be-there moment. Ladder games and laughing and failing and friends. There's a love.

Then Wednesday. Oh darling Wednesday. So, the kabataan (SPELLCHECK THAT IS A WORD. JUST IN A FOREIGN LANGUAGE. Pronounced "kah-bah-TAH-anh" for those who don't speak Tagalog/ Filipino.) at the Kingdom Hall I go to all got together. Mark had discovered a new Thai restaurant in Mira Mesa. Correction: The ONLY Thai restaurant in Mira Mesa. No longer does one craving the wonders of Thai cuisine have to go as far as Poway or Clairemont. No, we have one in Mira Mesa.

On the Wednesday. (That's TJ)

It's gorgeous. So amazing. Like, that is simply a tidbit! TIDBIT. So pretty on the inside. Right. It's called Siam Nara. <3

I went again the following Saturday, this time with my family. I was dazzled. Their evening environment is completely different from the lunch time setting. IT WAS AMMAZING. They had these candles in the middle of all the tables. And orange napkins rolled into these gorgeous napkin rings. The setting was just *swoon*. Perfect date place. Perfect. It's beautiful and wonderfully affordable. I can't stress it enough. <3

Then the first week was finished. Then another one inched forward, as it always does. It rained. A lot. I was actually so down and achey and hurt and [insert all negative feeling here] that I stayed home the Tuesday. Around the fifth seventh of the week I started thinking about stuffs. And watched Julie and Julia, and I got re-inspired for this thing. 'Cause really, lately, so swamped with every other aspect of life besides the internet, this was in the back of my mind. I had started a blog entry and it was day one hundred and twenty three (123). The entry didn't save.

We had some good chicken for dinner that night via. my step mom.

The Friday, meaning yesterday was a really good day. Shorter periods and a pep rally, highlighted by a special note that makes me so happy I could cry and some yogurt after school. Juniors rule. *twirls fingers* But really, yesterday was a good day. :)

And here we come to today. Today I had a Special Assembly and it was very nice. Very nice. Need to hunt down Tito Allan so he can give me that beautiful Raspberry Cream Tart recipe. <3 Tonight also happens to be Homecoming night at MMHS. My friends are there and here I am typing this huge entry on two weeks that I fell behind on. Hahaha, anyone want to dance with me? :) Joe Brooks and Jack Johnson have been playing for four hours. Nice music to sway to. Hahaha. No? Kay, then.

Well, here I am, not really up to date, but I'm back on track with this 365 Project.
Picture of the day (from Thursday on Eric's 1.9 math homework):

I'M BACKKKK. >:3

See y'all tomorrow. The invisible beings and Jeffrey/ Darren/ Angelica who read this.

ninetynine: *puddle*

It went over a hundred degrees today. @_@ I went into a room after being in the heat and everything in my line of vision became dots and blurry fuzzes.

Thanks to Jeffrey (thank you Jeffrey!<3) however, I have two new froggies to swim in the puddle that is me. That's Irwin and Anita up there (top to bottom). I know I said Madeleine before, but then I realized I instinctively name things Madeleine. Like how people say Bob automatically...Hmm...

Hope day one hundred doesn't actually hit one hundred. @_@ Hundred and ten today...the sun is angry at something in San Diego. We should sacrifice whatever it is for the greater good. *nod nod*

ninetyeight: Mario disapproves.

But I laugh at the fact that he exists. I mean really, a good half foot statue of Mario at the insistence of my cousin? Hahaha, each hero to their own then. xD

...NO DEAD WIVES T~T

-stare-

Below. That's root beer. And those are girls. I held Adonis in the canopy bed as Cindy and Maggie climbed their way up. Angelica stands in the background, with root beer that has a very yummy after taste. Make-up hurricane. My day in a nutshell.

My night sways.

The lighting in my kitchen sucks. D:

ninety: I forget everything at home day

Like my camera and glasses. But I went to a wedding and took some pics with Tita Kayes camera who is officially Aiden to me. LOL. Couldn't get them to my computer however so here: What I had for breakfast and after wedding foods. xD

Congratulations to Ate Diane and Kuya Nick :) May you last forever.

Friday, September 17, 2010

eightynine: I skipped a day

But it was unavoidable. Up until 5 AM last night doing Psychology and Bio. Agh. Skipping the day was unavoidable because I realize a year is really a year. Some days will be trudged through with out a second thought. And apparently without a picture.

C'est la ville.

On which side does the coin land? Does a grey area exist?

...its the smiles in them that count. :)

For all of you buddies that weren't there, I wish you were. And I hope to see you in my terrible photos in the future. :D

EDIT: I like how I get a crooked photo on a flat table surface >_> Like what?
